  • works correctly with transposed instruments,
    (both diatonic and chromatic transposition)

  • remembers settings

  • honors existing cautionaries correctly
    (doesn't add extraneous ones)

  • can avoid putting cautionaries on repeated notes

  • automatically freezes accidentals when working
    with transposed instruments (otherwise it would
    have no effect)
